Returns & Refunds Policy
At KINGZLIA, every item is custom embroidered to order specifically for you. Because we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-made stock, each piece is unique to your order. While this means we cannot "restock" items, we are fully committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your experience.
1. Our Commitment: The "No-Charge" Guarantee
If we make a mistake, we fix it. Any defects, embroidery errors, or shipping mistakes on our part will result in a full replacement at NO COST to you.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
We are happy to replace your order or issue a refund if:
- The product is flawed, damaged, or has missing items.
- The embroidery quality is faulty (loose threads, misaligned design, incorrect colors).
- The product you received is significantly different from what was presented on kingzlia.com.
How to claim: Please email us at support@kingzlia.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You must include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product received (including detailed shots of the error or damage).
- A brief description of the issue.
Our customer care team will review your claim. If approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
3. Support for User Errors
We understand that mistakes can happen during the ordering process (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or a typo in a custom name).
- Because items are custom-embroidered just for you, we typically do not accept returns for these reasons.
- However, we want you to love your gear. In these cases, we offer to remake the item with your corrected details. We only ask that you cover a portion of the production and shipping costs.
To request a remake, contact us at support@kingzlia.com with your order number and the corrections needed.
4. When We Cannot Accept Returns or Refunds
To maintain our quality and service standards, we cannot offer refunds or returns if:
- You "changed your mind" (each item is custom-made for you).
- The item has been worn, washed, or altered.
- The item no longer has its original tags.
- The item was purchased as a Final Sale or during major holiday promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Halloween).
5. Return & Exchange Process
Important: Please do NOT return the package to the address printed on the shipping label. Returns sent without our prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Request: Contact us via our Contact Page or email support@kingzlia.com with your concerns.
- Authorization: Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.
- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Proof: Please send us a copy of your mailing label or receipt once you have dropped the package at the post office.
Note: Depending on your location, returns can take 1–3 months to reach us. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
6. Refund Timelines
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
- If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take 3–7 business days before your refund is officially posted.
- Charges on your statement will appear as "KINGZLIA" or "DTECH PRINTING".
