Shipping policy
At KINGZLIA, every item is custom embroidered to order in our in-house workshop. This means your product is crafted specifically for you shortly after your order is placed — no warehoused stock, no third-party printing. Here's what to expect on timing, costs, and delivery.
1. Production & Delivery Timeline
Because we custom-embroider every piece, your order moves through two phases:
- Production Time: Typically 2–3 business days to embroider your custom item. Our in-house workshop is one of the fastest in the industry for personalized embroidery.
- Delivery Time: An estimated 3–7 business days in the USA after production is complete.
Total Estimated Wait Time: Most U.S. customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days.
2. Estimated Time of Arrival (By Product Category)
To give you a clearer picture, here is the total time (Production + Shipping) for each of our product categories:

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. During peak seasons (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and graduation/wedding season May–June), deliveries may take slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
Rush Orders: Need it sooner? Contact us at support@kingzlia.com before placing your order. We can accommodate rush production for certain items at an additional fee.
3. Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple and affordable with flat-rate pricing:
- USA Orders: $5.99 (Flat Rate)
- International Orders: $7.99 (Flat Rate)
- Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders during promotional periods — check our homepage banner for current offers.
4. Order Tracking
Transparency is key. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. Use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@kingzlia.com.
5. Important Shipping Information
PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO: We proudly ship to PO boxes and Military addresses. Please note:
- APO/FPO shipments can take 40–45 days to arrive.
- Due to military security protocols, tracking updates may stop once the parcel enters the military postal system.
Single Destination per Order: We currently ship each order to one address only. If you need items sent to multiple locations (e.g., gifts for different recipients), please place a separate order for each address.
International Taxes, Duties & VAT: For international orders, we do not collect taxes, customs duties, or VAT at checkout. All such fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival in the destination country. Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges before ordering.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, KINGZLIA is not responsible for theft or loss. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.
6. Carriers
We primarily ship via:
- USPS (USA — First Class & Priority Mail)
- UPS (USA — for larger or expedited orders)
- USPS International / DHL (international destinations)
The carrier is automatically selected based on destination, package weight, and current service availability.
