Welcome to KINGZLIA, a brand operated by DTECH PRINTING LLC. By accessing or using our website (kingzlia.com) or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Terms

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
  • Our products may not be used for illegal purposes or in any manner that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
  • You must provide accurate billing and shipping information. Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may be delayed or cancelled.
  • Charges on your statement will appear as "KINGZLIA" or "DTECH PRINTING".
  • All payments are processed through Shopify Payments and other secure third-party providers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping fees where applicable.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most products at KINGZLIA are custom embroidered to order. This means:

  • Each item is produced specifically for your order after purchase, typically with 2–3 business days of processing time before shipping.
  • Custom products cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun (generally within 24 hours of order placement).
  • Variations in thread color, fabric texture, and embroidery placement are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges for custom products are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Customer Content & Personalization

When you submit custom names, text, designs, photos, or other content for personalization ("Customer Content"), you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the legal right to use the Customer Content.
  • The Customer Content does not infringe any third-party trademark, copyright, publicity right, or other intellectual property right.
  • The Customer Content does not contain offensive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful material.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing Customer Content we believe violates this section, with a full refund of the order amount. You agree to indemnify and hold KINGZLIA and DTECH PRINTING LLC harmless from any claims arising from your Customer Content.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • Estimated delivery times vary by product, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including designs, product images, logos, text, graphics, and the KINGZLIA brand — is owned by DTECH PRINTING LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission.
  • Limited personal, non-commercial use of the website (e.g., browsing, placing an order) is permitted.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Our store is hosted on Shopify, and payments are processed through secure third-party providers including Shopify Payments.
  • We may use third-party services for analytics, marketing, shipping, customer support, and reviews. Your interactions with those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any external websites linked from our site.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, KINGZLIA and DTECH PRINTING LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KINGZLIA, DTECH PRINTING LLC, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your Customer Content, or your misuse of our services.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
  • Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us at support@kingzlia.com.

11. Changes & Updates

  • We may update these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.
  • We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
  • Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
